The Dream Beach Club project is a unique multifunctional complex for recreation and entertainment on the water. The largest beach club in Russia with modern swimming pools, recreation areas and sports infrastructure is being created as part of the construction.

Main stages of construction

• Preparatory work
  Geological and engineering surveys have been carried out, the territory has been planned and the coastline has been strengthened. Temporary construction infrastructure has been created.

• Main buildings

  • construction of monolithic foundations for swimming pools and buildings,

  • construction of the supporting frame of the club complex,

  • installation of metal structures for canopies and open terraces.

• Pool and beach areas

  • construction of multi-level swimming pools with modern water filtration and purification systems,

  • construction of an artificial sand beach,

  • installation of utility lines (water supply, sewerage, electricity supply).

• Infrastructure

  • construction of restaurant and entertainment pavilions,

  • construction of sports and wellness areas,

  • arrangement of VIP terraces, lounge areas and event venues.

• Improvement of the territory

  • landscaping and decorative design of coastal areas,

  • installation of walking paths and lighting,

  • organization of parking spaces and access roads.
