The project "South River Terminal and Business Center" is a large-scale complex that combines a modern passenger water transport terminal and multifunctional office spaces. The project is aimed at creating a new transport and business hub for the capital.

Main stages of construction

• Preparatory work
  Engineering surveys, site clearing and temporary infrastructure installation have been carried out. Construction camps have been set up, temporary power and water supply lines have been installed.

• Foundation and frame

  • the construction of a pile field and monolithic foundation slabs has been completed,

  • the reinforced concrete frame of the station and business center towers is being erected,

  • The installation of ceilings and load-bearing columns is underway.

• Facade and exterior works

  • installation of ventilated facade systems and panoramic glazing,

  • installation of roofing with modern waterproofing materials,

  • installation of suspended architectural elements.

• Internal engineering systems

  • installation of ventilation, air conditioning and heating systems,

  • installation of electrical networks, communication and fire safety systems,

  • preparation of premises for passenger areas and office spaces.
