The construction of the new infectious disease treatment and diagnostic complex "IKB No. 1" is one of the key projects in the field of Moscow healthcare. The implementation of the facility is aimed at creating a modern medical infrastructure that meets international safety and quality standards.

Main stages of construction

• Preparatory work
  Engineering and geological surveys, clearing of the territory and preparation of the construction site have been carried out. Temporary power supply and communications have been installed.

• Foundation and frame of the building

  • construction of a pile field and a monolithic foundation slab,

  • construction of a reinforced concrete frame, including load-bearing columns and floors,

  • installation of wall panels using modern thermal insulation materials.

• Facade and roofing works

  • installation of ventilated facade systems with high energy efficiency indicators,

  • roof installation using membrane technologies,

  • glazing and installation of natural lighting systems.

• Internal engineering systems

  • laying medical gas pipelines and ventilation shafts with air filtration,

  • installation of water supply, heating and air conditioning systems,

  • installation of fire-fighting automation and integrated security system.

• Infrastructure and improvement

  • construction of a reception area and specialized boxes,

  • construction of access roads for ambulance transport,

  • improvement of the territory with landscaping and creation of recreation areas for patients and staff.
