
Business center "Okhta", St. Petersburg
The Okhta Business Center is a unique urban development project being developed on the initiative of Gazprom. The complex is intended to become a modern symbol of business activity and innovative development in St. Petersburg, combining office, public and cultural spaces.
Main characteristics of the project:

Location: at the confluence of the Okhta and Neva rivers, in the central part of the city;

Height of the central tower: about 400 meters – one of the tallest buildings in Europe;

Total area of the complex: more than 400,000 sq. m;

Functional purpose: office premises, conference halls, exhibition spaces, cultural center, recreation and trade areas;

Parking spaces: multi-level parking for employees and visitors;

Architectural concept: a modern skyscraper with panoramic glazing and a unique silhouette composition that fits harmoniously into the city panorama;

Engineering solutions: energy-efficient heating and air conditioning systems, high-tech elevators, comprehensive security system.
Implementation stages:
