TC "Gagarinsky" is a modern multifunctional shopping and entertainment complex, built using advanced technologies and high-quality materials. The project provides for the creation of large-scale retail space, a restaurant area, entertainment centers and convenient infrastructure for visitors.

Main stages of construction

• Preparatory work
  Engineering surveys and territory planning have been carried out, soil stabilization and construction site arrangement have been completed. Temporary power and water supply networks have been installed.

• Foundation and frame

  • construction of a pile field and a monolithic foundation slab,

  • construction of a reinforced concrete building frame,

  • installation of metal structures for ceilings and large spans.

• Facade and exterior works

  • installation of curtain wall systems using glass and aluminum panels,

  • panoramic glazing installation,

  • installation of roofing structures with modern waterproofing systems.

• Interior construction works

  • installation of utility lines (electricity supply, ventilation, air conditioning, water supply and sewerage),

  • installation of escalators, elevators and security systems,

  • preparation of premises for shops, restaurants and a cinema.
